I am a passionate music producer since 2019 and decided in 2024 to start this project as a beatmaker to create a community and to deliver high quality free to use beats for rapper and singer!
HOW TO DOWNLOAD BEATS
STEP 1: Go to the YouTube playlist and find the beat you like!
Go to the YouTube Playlist to check out the latest Beats!
STEP 2: Go to the link in the description of the video!
In the description you can find a link to the download gate!
STEP 3: Go to Hypeddit and follow the steps!
Hypeddit is a download gate where you have to subscribe to my channel and follow me on Instagram in exchange for the free to use rap beat. Fair deal, isn't it?
STEP 4: Read the Usage Agreement and the FAQ!
Down below you can find the FAQ and the Usage Agreement. When you download a beat through the download gate or a third party application you agree to this Agreement. So, please read it carefully!
STEP 5: Enjoy your beat and upload it wherever you want for completely FREE!
Done! You're all set and can use this beat how you like!

Are all beats really for free?
Yes, all beats are completely free to use, even for commercial purposes.
What do I have to do?
You have to complete the download gate (Hypeddit) and act according to the Usage Agreement.
It is important to credit me as the producer when you upload your track to YouTube or Soundcloud in the title of the released track and in the credits with my socials.
If you want to upload your track to music streaming services such as Spotify, Amazon Music or Apple Music you have to credit me as a collaborating artist! Please contact me at 28thdistrictbeats@gmail.com so we can set up the release!

Can I upload it on music streaming platforms?
Yes, but you have to credit me as a collaborating artist. Contact me at 28thdistrictbeats@gmail.com so we can set up the release!
Please note that i can decline the release of your track on music streaming platforms if the release could damage my brand. You can find more in the Usage Agreement!
Do I keep my earnings while using your beat?
Yes, you keep 100% of your royalties.
Can I copyright my track with your beat and use ContentID on YouTube?
No, you can't copyright your track with my beat or use ContentID on YouTube. If you do so it is a breach of contract.
If you want to be the only one using this beat you have to buy a lease on Beatport! (Note that not all Free to Use Beats have a option to buy a lease)
What if I don't want to credit you or put you as a collaborating artist?
Either you buy a lease of your beat or you contact me at my email adress and we will find a solution!
As I am a small artist I really appreciate all form of credit on any social media platform in exchange of a free to use beat.

Contact me before uploading the track to streaming services at 28thdistrictbeats@gmail.com with your final master!
You need to credit me as a collaborating artist! If you don't want to do that please buy a lease!
(Please note that I can decline the upload to streaming platforms if the content could hurt my brand)
PUT ContentID on YouTube or COPYRIGHT the track fully
If you want to do that please buy a lease on Beatport! With using the Free For Profit Beat this is not allowed!
USE the beat on SOCIAL MEDIA posts
On Instagram stories you don't need to link me!
Credit me on one announcement post on every platform you make an announcement on. This post has to stay live as long as the track is up on YouTube or Streaming Platforms!
If you use the beat for example on a freestyle video, it is highly appreciated to put "Beat by @28thdistrictbeats"!
